Hello reader! There is nothing I find more fulfilling than guiding clients through their healing, no matter what that may look like! My undergraduate studies in psychology first sparked my passion for mental health, and since then I’ve dedicated my professional and educational work to harnessing the transformative power of therapy. My previous experience includes working with adult clientele suffering from a wide array of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, or trauma. For all my clients who are seeking help, whether it be for severe trauma recovery or guidance with more typical day-to-day coping skills, I employ a client-centered, holistic approach.

Drawing from my personal and professional experiences, I aim to offer clients a safe and compassionate space for self discovery, healing, and transformation. Keeping in mind that everyone’s journey looks different, I specifically tailor each session and treatment plan to the client’s unique needs and preferences, which always makes for more effective and comprehensive treatment. In terms of modalities, I often combine aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). With an empathic and informed approach, every individual, couple, or family has the potential to overcome their struggles and rediscover joy and fulfillment in life–no matter how big or small the issue may seem.

Together, we’ll work to develop effective coping strategies, improve self-awareness, and foster personal growth. With me, you can anticipate a therapeutic partnership rooted in empathy, understanding, and mutual collaboration. We’ll work together using evidence-based techniques to help you regain control over your life and discover self fulfillment.
