We specialize in a mixture of holistic approaches that can be person-centered, psychodynamic, or solution-focused. Our therapists are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing (EMDR).
