With a strong foundation in both education and practical experience, I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and teens. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of working with clients both virtually and in person, helping them navigate a variety of challenges.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma. My approach is integrative, blending traditional therapeutic methods with contemporary tools to support my clients in their healing and personal growth. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to address their unique concerns, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their feelings and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
My experience includes working with a diverse clientele, including teens facing academic, social, or emotional difficulties, as well as adults and couples dealing with life transitions, relationship conflicts, and mental health struggles. I am particularly passionate about helping clients build resilience and self-compassion while gaining clarity and insight into their challenges.
In addition to providing therapy, I am committed to continuous learning, staying up-to-date on the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the field. I am here to support you on your journey to healing and personal growth.
